I would think that some of my readers would be wondering why I haven't been posting on the regular lately. Well, besides being incredibly busy working during the Holiday Season, I've also had a computer set back...YUP, my MAC crashed, and with it went my entire Adobe Creative Suite AND my Microsoft Office. (Hence my border still looks like Fall Weather, smh) Just at the time when I needed these programs the most, poof. GONE...I felt handicap.
I STILL feel handicap, not just from losing my computer programs but from having surgery on my foot. SIGH. Im usually a pretty private person when it comes to things such as that, but I feel obligated to explain my absence. So, the story goes... On April 20, 1984 at Pennsylvania hospital a 9 lb 1 ounce pretty baby was born...but w/ not so pretty feet.... I'll spare you the excess birthing info.
Just know that, that fat baby is now skinny me and over the years my not so pretty feet have bothered me... prohibiting me from coming in close contact with the beautiful heels of the world...Forget saving my pennies for some sky high Louboutins....I couldn't wear them even if I owned them. <insert sad face here> Now, to the naked eye my feet didn't look all that that bad, but they made me uncomfortable, so a few months ago I decided that the time had come and I really needed to get the problem fixed.
So, now I'm sitting up in my parents house on their couch...where I've been for the past 6.5 days...and where I'll probably be for the next few weeks...typing this little post. My foot is elevated and iced as I simultaneously, watch all my queued NetFlix movies, tweet more than I've ever tweeted before, and online shop for cool new OPI shades to stunt on all yall chicks come summa! lol. Im occupied now, but follow me on twitter and talk to me, 'cause I get bored super fast. bahah. :) @styleskinny. xoxo-SBG
